The development of Sonos' next generation shopping experience in NYC; An interactive in-store experience for a highly technical and disruptive consumer electronic product.
I was responsible for Recruiting Participants, and I conducted Contextual Inquiry and Usability Testing along with a team of 2 other researchers. I also did qualitative data analysis which we turned into strategic design insights that informed future iterations and tests.
